Pet Portraits

Welcome

Are you looking to have your beloved pet(s)/companion drawn? Any animals, creatures or birds.

...you have come to the right place!

Commissioning a pet portrait is a wonderful way to create that captured memory that will be cherished forever. Working one to one with the artist to create your personalised hand-drawn/painted picture is a unique experience that is personal for you, a loved one, family, friend or as a joint special gift.

I pride myself on capturing your much-loved pets, furry friends, cold-blooded friends, any companions big and small as they are all part of the family.

Pet portrait examples and what it entails with details below...

If you love cats, you must check out my Feline Artist page -

This image above is my black panther looking at his sisters portrait I drew, I love this pic.

The lady who commissioned me this picture was initially worried if I could put both of her dogs together as she could not get them to pose in the same photo. As you can see, I can change the background and arrange your pets how you want them to be or how you want to remember them.
So here I have used her pet portrait as an example to illustrate what I have written above in a before and after format so visually, you can see what is possible for me to do.

Pet Portrait Examples

Drawn from your photographs...Or for an additional cost, I can take photos for you, please contact me if interested.

Each picture I create/draw I use high quality materials; archival and conservation papers, tapes, materials, mount board and backing papers as these all help preserve and protect the artwork.

Other collages and a couple of other examples of commissioned drawings I have completed...

This is an example of a more involved pet portrait...for this type of bespoke portrait it would be great to see your photographs and discuss what you are looking for and the size . We can discuss the size difference between each dog or cat.

This type of commission would be a higher starting price as would be a larger size to be able to achieve this number of cats or dogs, or other animals in it.
If you are looking for a smaller picture then maybe a head and neck instead of full body.

Please feel free to call me. I am always happy to discuss commissions.

For this type of commission it would be great to see your photographs to discuss what you are looking for and the size.

For this number of heads or more in a picture, I would advise the picture to not to be too small, so I can get the detail in the eyes.

Feel free to call or email me to discuss this further...
