This is an original hand-drawn charcoal drawing by Natalie Mascall, entitled 'Griffin' © I drew this from my own photo reference in which I took at the BCS.

This is an African Caracal, a wild cat. This cat is from the amazing collection of cats from the Big Cat Sanctuary, called Griffin. Known for his agility, amazing at jumping like the Serval. The caracal is a medium-sized wild cat native to Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and India. It is characterised by a robust build, long legs, a short face, long tufted ears, and long canine teeth. Its coat is uniformly reddish tan or sandy, while the ventral parts are lighter with small reddish markings.

This original is framed and ready to hang, (photo of the framed picture included in the images). The frame is 5cm wide beautiful shaped pewter grey with one edge of gold near to picture and thicker at the outer edge.

The measurement of the outside edge of the frame is H44.1cm x 33.9cm. Image size is H26.6cm x 16.5cm. The writing on the glass are stickers and will be removed on purchase, just incase you were wondering.

I use high quality materials, including archival inks, conservation grade papers, tapes and mountboards to protect and preserve the artwork.
