This is a great commission I was asked to do in pastel, I do like a challange. I was asked to draw from his own photo reference from when they wre away in South Africa, walking with cheetahs. Here is a commission I was asked to do in pastel. This was very personal for the family. I drew this from Barry Hunters photo reference, with his permission I drew this for the family. They asked me if I would produce a print, so I asked them to choose a charity to which I pledge to donate a % of each sale to Great Ormond Street. As again was personal charity to them.

This lion I drew in pastel, this is Zuri, such a handsome lion! This is the clients photo in which they took and asked me to draw.
This is a lilac breasted roller I drew in pastel. I was asked to draw this from a clients photo taken in the wild, in Africa. Having seen these myself out in Kenya, I really enjoyed this. Also the frame chosen was more of a natural wooden frame which had nice bit of texture which you will see in the next picture! So many various frames available to compliment your picture.
The lilac breasted roller completed in pastel and mounted and framed ready to hang! I always ask the client what they would like their pictures named as it is an added personal touch to a picture. I loved their name they chose, 'Natures Raindow'. When one sees these birds in africa it is like a flash of light which I why I found their name to be so fitting!
